We only offer delivery services for large orders at an additional cost depending on the delivery location. We only offer delivery within the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

What is a bouqcake?

A bouqcake is a beautiful cupcake arrangement that looks like a flower bouquet. Our bouqcakes come in various sizes starting from seven hand piped cupcakes. They are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a bow. Like a real bouquet! They are the perfect gift for any occasion, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, Eid, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, among others.

What is the minimum order of cupcakes required?

If you are ordering individual custom cupcakes, the minimum order required is a dozen, or twelve, cupcakes. All cupcake orders are made in dozens.

However, our standard bouqcake sizes range from seven to nineteen cupcakes.

Do you offer fondant designs for cupcakes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer fondant designs for our customs cupcakes. However, our bouqcakes are only designed with buttercream.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

All our desserts are halal and contain no alcohols, gelatin, or other non-halal animal derivatives.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to provide desserts that are vegan, egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free.

We strive to continue to use best practices to ensure that your food is handled with safety and care.

In order to protect our clients and ourselves, we:
ensure that food contact surfaces, such as counters, utensils, and pans are washed, rinsed, and sanitized;
frequently disinfect surfaces repeatedly touched during the baking process;
frequently wash our hands during the baking, decorating, and packaging process;  and
offer contactless pickup.
